Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and communicative professional to take on a strategic role within our Marketing Operations team.
As a Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating the marketing promotional investment and ensuring the team follows best practices and internal processes. In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to strengthen your leadership skills and deepen your understanding of business operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll be empowered to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage marketing promotional investment, and ensure that best practices and processes are followed across the team.

This position will be based in São Paulo - SP.

What you will do
As a Marketing Analyst, you will:
- Be part of our Tetra Pak Marketing Operations Team;
- Plan, monitor, and optimize the marketing promotional investment;
- Consolidate financial data into strategic reports for decision-making;
- Oversee and enforce internal marketing practices processes (timelines, approvals, compliance);
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and departments such as procurement, finance, marketing practices, and senior leadership;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions;
- Participate in meetings with customers, contributing to strategic discussions.
We believe you have
- A degree in Business Administration, Engineers or a related field;
- Intermediate English – required for reading technical materials and using global tools;
- Experience in managing budgets and coordinating operational processes, regardless of the specific area or industry;
- Analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI is a plus);
- Excellent communication and professional presence to engage with all levels of the organization;
- Proactivity, ownership mindset, and the ability to lead without formal authority;
- An interest in taking your career to the next level;
