Your Contribution:
Your main responsibilities
- Fully manage the staffing process, including managing the reference checks, in different areas both at the operational and corporate levels, as required
- Work closely with internal clients to determine Human Resources needs, assisting and guiding them in writing and editing job descriptions
- Monitor and document the application management system, and update job postings generated by the system
- Ensure performance indicators accuracy
- Advise colleagues on issues related to strategies to attract new talent to be implemented based on profiles
- Assist in the implementation of recruitment tools, developing selection methodologies according to the specific needs of the assignments
- Assist in the drafting of specific contractual clauses as per recruitment files requirements and the corporate policies in place
- Work at maintaining harmonious working relationships among internal clients in the territory served, and advise them particularly regarding internal mobility and career development
- Participate in special projects within the Human Resources department
- Choose, develop, and take part in targeted recruitment campaigns (university job fairs, job fairs, international recruitment campaigns)
- Participate in the development of annual recruitment budget requirements for the groups served
- Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
- Perform all other related duties related to the position
What makes you unique
- University degree
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Engineering Consultant experience, an important asset
- Proficiency in Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset
- In-depth knowledge in attracting and selecting talent
- Bilingualism (French, English), written and spoken
- Results oriented, with innovative approach towards attracting talent, and a strong desire to grow the organization
- Demonstrated interest and sensitivity towards occupational health and safety
- Demonstrated skills in communications and teamworking
