Overview 
Join the creative force behind some of the world’s most beloved pop-culture brands. The Contractor, Graphic Designer, Marketing will play a key role in developing and executing design assets that bring the Funko and Loungefly brands to life across digital and social channels. This role primarily supports Funko initiatives while collaborating on select Loungefly campaigns, working closely with Senior Graphic Designers, and the Art Director to ensure brand consistency and excellence across all marketing touchpoints.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Design and produce marketing assets across digital, social, and e-commerce channels — including DTC, paid media, and social media campaigns.
  • Support Senior Graphic Designers and the Art Director in concepting, layout, and execution for seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for multiple formats, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence across platforms.
  • Manage production files and deliverables, maintaining organized workflows for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Update, maintain, and distribute brand style guides and asset libraries for Funko and Loungefly marketing teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrated Marketing, Photography, and Copy teams to deliver cohesive and high-impact creative.
  • Stay current on pop-culture, entertainment, and design trends to help evolve brand storytelling and creative direction.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, ideally in consumer products, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects a plus).
  • Experience designing for digital, paid, and social media channels.
  • Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy for both print and digital formats.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Work Environment:
