Waconia Public Schools is looking for candidates dedicated to providing students with the opportunity to explore their passions and create their success! A fast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12).
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am- 3:30pm (Full-Time), 9-Month Position (During the School Year)
Position Summary: Complete various clerical functions, including but not limited to, answering phones, screening visitors, making copies, laminating, and organizing materials.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED is required. Previous office and/or customer service experience and knowledge of general office procedures is preferred.
Position Start Date: January 6, 2026
Compensation: This is a Grade 5 position with an hourly rate from $16.58 to $22.69 pursuant to the Educational Support Professionals' Collective Bargaining Agreement. Excellent benefits package that start on the first day of employment
