We are seeking a Manager to join our Securities and Document Management team. The Manager is highly organized and has the ability to  innovate our processes for efficiency. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who thrives in fast paced environment and has experience in commercial real estate .As a Manager, you will oversee multiple teams of analysts responsible for managing loan documentation, securities transactions, and data integrity across our servicing portfolio. You will play a key role in optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, coach, and motivate multiple teams of analysts by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback and direction, and conducting periodic performance reviews.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
  • Benchmark and continuously improve operating processes to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.
  • Assign, prioritize, and monitor team workload to ensure balanced capacity across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level metrics, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage department communications including monitoring the shared inbox, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Review and validate all data entered into internal and external systems to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare, review, and execute loan-related documents and oversee timely processing of loan pipelines, including CLO closings and transfers.
  • Oversee warehousing lines and related documentation.
  • Generate, review, and distribute monthly corporate and operational reports.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and ongoing staff development to ensure consistency and growth.
  • Provide rating agency audit support and other compliance related initiatives as needed.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required: 

  • 2–4 years of people management experience, ideally leading teams in a fast-paced operations or financial services environment. Experience within financial services, commercial lending, or real estate industries preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and precision in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to delegate effectively, set expectations, and follow through on result.
