Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting bei Kaiser Aluminum

In short, the same qualities we look for in our people. We are looking for a Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting to join Kaiser Aluminum in Franklin, Tennessee!  Our relocation policy will be provided if applicable. 

What you will work on:

• Prepare SEC filings (periodic filings like Form 10Ks and Form 10Qs and other SEC filings, as needed).
• Prepare GAAP and SEC checklists quarterly.
• Research and prepare draft technical memos on various accounting areas / audit matters.
• Review XBRL tagging.
• Research and maintain a tracking file for recent accounting pronouncements and SEC rules.
• Responsible for annual bank audit.
• Review of benefit plan financial statements.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for variety of Corporate focused processes / areas.
• Assist internal and external auditors with requests for support.
• Prepare drafts memos / reports to plants, as needed.
