WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Product Manager for Digital Health, you will support the roadmap and execution of data and API-driven products that enable customers to integrate H1’s provider intelligence and healthcare data directly into their digital platforms. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and commercial teams to build products that translate complex digital health data into simple, actionable insights.
You will
- Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver new capabilities and integrations for our Digital Health product suite
- Build a deep understanding of the digital health market, our customers’ goals, and the challenges they face with provider and network data accuracy
- Contribute to defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that improve data quality, interoperability, and user experience for customers leveraging H1 Foundation and our API solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth go-to-market and customer adoption
- Measure and analyze product performance to inform ongoing roadmap and product strategy
- Track and communicate progress against roadmap and client commitments, flagging risks early and coordinating resolution across Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
- Partner with internal teams to identify and address operational inefficiencies, ensuring scalability as our customer base grows
- Own day-to-day Jira management and sprint coordination, maintaining hygiene, backlog prioritization, and delivery milestones across multiple horizontally-aligned teams
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Data Delivery teams to document client-specific implementation needs, ensuring they are reflected in the product roadmap and delivery timeline
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced product manager that is comfortable spending time in the problem space. You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in. Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously.
- You are an experienced product manager, ideally with some background in health data, digital health ecosystems, or interoperability
- Excited about solving complex challenges and energized by identifying opportunities to create a coherent strategy in an ambiguous domain
- Data-driven and customer-centric. You appreciate that great product decisions require a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the user needs
- You are able to tailor your communication to the different audiences you engage with
- You are comfortable facilitating meetings and ensure all the voices in the room are heard
- You value open dialogue and aren’t afraid to challenge product strategy, yet you’re equally ready to align and drive execution once direction is set
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in DaaS product management, preferably in digital health, healthcare data, or interoperability domains.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data feeds, data products, and B2B integrations.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs and technical capabilities into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and driving alignment among multiple stakeholders
