Facilities Technician bei None

1. Perform minor repairs and/or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required.
2. Perform revamping, minor repairs and/or replacement of electrical fixtures, devices and appliances as required.
3. Perform minor carpentry work as required to repair doors, hardware, and furniture.
4. Perform minor painting and drywall repairs.
5. Perform minor repairs on PIT equipment.
6. Perform all care and cleaning functions of the facilities as needed.
7. Escort service contractors to necessary locations for equipment service.
8. Move heavy furniture, supplies and miscellaneous equipment.
9. Snow and ice removal from steps and walks at building entrances and connecting walks.
10. Observe and report, through the work order system, any and all defects, deterioration and wear and tear on the facilities.
11. Assist others with maintenance repairs.
12. Communication, as directed, with key administrative and staff personnel on special events and functions scheduled for the buildings that may require special furnishing arrangements and other duties that may be required.
13. Assist as required and cooperate with all personnel in the performance of day-to-day duties and responsibilities
14. Assemble new items ordered for the plant to include furniture, tool carts, etc.
15. Perform all other duties as assigned that may include work in assistance of others.
16. Knowledge of welding and electrical work are a definite plus.

This position is on our 1st Shift, 7am-3pm. There is no overtime required or given.
