Job Description
Our Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and management of airport facilities, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This position involves coordinating and managing various airport departments, including ground handling, passenger services, and maintenance, to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards. You are responsible for staff management, budget control, and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and passenger experience. Additionally, you will work with airlines, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to address operational challenges, implement improvements, and maintain high standards of service quality.

· Oversee daily operations across various departments within the airport service company
· Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
· Manage and coordinate staff activities, ensuring effective team performance and customer service
· Monitor operational performance and implement improvements as necessary
· Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and company policies
· Collaborate with other airport stakeholders, including airlines, security, and ground services
· Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial management for the company or department

· You enjoy working with a team or individually to accomplish your tasks
· Like to build long term relationships with your customers
· Physical activity may include:
· Stand and walk for extended periods of time
· Ability to lift 70 pounds or more
· Be able to hear and respond to the spoken voice and to audible alarms generated by terminal environment
· Close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less); Distance Vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more); Color Vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors); Peripheral Vision (ability to observe an area that can be seen up and down or to the left and right while eyes are fixed on a given point); Depth Perception (three-dimensional vision, ability to judge distances and spatial relationships); Ability to Adjust Focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)
Qualifications
· Minimum age of 18 years old
· Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documents
· Experience in airport or aviation management/transportation management, including leadership roles
· Strong understanding of aviation regulations, operational safety, and customer service standards
· Proven track record in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic airport environment
· Proficiency in relevant software and technology
· Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
· Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and tablets
· Ability to pass a drug screen
· Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
