Major Duties and Responsibilities

•   Follow up on past due invoices by email and phone
•   Send out invoices and customer aging reports in excel
•   Support Accounting Department with miscellaneous projects and assignments
•   Promote compliance in diligently following all company policies and regulations
•   Add detailed notes in our internal computer system
•   Communicate issues to billing departments

Experience, Education and Qualifications

•  High School diploma or equivalent
•  Account Receivable experience strongly preferred
•  Proficient in Excel
•  Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent customer service skills
