Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Brand Strategy Manager to join the team with a focus on their brand’s verbal identity and naming. This role will be central to understanding, and applying brand positioning, tone of voice, preferred language, and writing style across all communications. You will manage the global process of reviewing verbal assets, ensuring that every piece aligns with our brand standards and is delivered accurately and on time. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent and compelling brand messaging worldwide. In addition, you will support broader brand strategy initiatives as needed, such as messaging, co-branding, and naming evaluation and governance.

• Support the organization’s verbal identity, including positioning, tone of voice, preferred language, and writing style guidelines.
• Manage all global requests for verbal review, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent feedback on all written and verbal brand assets (e.g., marketing materials, internal communications, digital content).
• Develop a standardized global verbal review process, ensuring ongoing optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with global brand senior managers and other team members to ensure brand messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
• Apply brand messaging expertise to elevate the quality and clarity of communications.
• Plan and prioritise workload effectively, managing multiple requests and projects simultaneously without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Support brand strategy projects as needed, including messaging, co-branding initiatives, naming strategy, and governance, contributing insights and expertise.
• Support training on best practices for applying brand voice and language.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness and adherence of brand messaging.
• Support continued development and optimisation of internal AI tools through learnings and data collected via verbal review.

• Proven experience in brand strategy, copywriting, communications, or related fields with a focus on verbal identity.
• Strong expertise in brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of language nuance.
• Experience managing review processes.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
