*What You’ll Own
Design and Asset Creation
Design assets for campaigns, product launches, and evergreen content across web, paid media, and social channels.
Translate marketing concepts into polished, cohesive creative across digital and print.
Adapt creative into scalable design systems for use across paid and e-commerce channels.
Assist with light photo editing, resizing, and optimization for campaigns, e-commerce, and social use.
Utilize AI tools and creative technologies to enhance design efficiency.
Packaging Design
Design product labels and packaging graphics that balance function, beauty, and brand integrity.
Maintain and update print-ready templates and specifications.
Create quick physical mockups (yes, scissors and tape) to ensure layout and fit before print samples arrive.
Photography and Campaign Creative
Support photo shoot coordination, including mood boarding, shot lists, and agency collaboration.
Manage incoming photography assets by naming, tagging, and archiving in the digital asset library.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and creative team on campaign ideation and storytelling.
Contribute visual ideas that bring warmth, humanity, and a distinct Banyan touch to every project.
Collaboration and Process
Partner with internal teams and creative partners to bring cohesive designs to life and ensure consistent visual storytelling.
Report directly to the Marketing Director and contribute to a small, highly collaborative in-house creative team that delivers big results.
Maintain meticulously organized files, templates, and processes that make creative execution seamless and scalable.
*What You Bring
2 or more years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in e-commerce DTC
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with Canva or Figma a plus.
Experience with print production, packaging print experience preferred.
Comfort experimenting with AI tools for creative workflows.
Strong eye for design, layout, and storytelling, and a knack for turning feedback into refinement.
A love of collaboration, a respect for process, and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
*Pay:
Full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $55,000–$65,000, commensurate with experience
