JOB TITLE: Supported Living House Manager for a Residential Habilitation Facility in Meridian, providing services to individuals with intellectual Disabilities
JOB SUMMARY: Tomorrow's Hope is Looking for a Big-Hearted Individual to lead a team of 4-5 staff in a 24-hour care facility providing support and care to three residents with intellectual disabilities
This House Manager is a management level employee, directly responsible for the administrative responsibilities and overall operations of each assigned facility including supervision of Direct Care Support Staff
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as Direct Care Staff as needed to cover needed staff to client ratios
- Help Residents manage budgets and shop for needed items
- Prepare Direct Care Staff schedules and assignments
- Submit weekly as worked schedules and approve timecards
- Coordinate and assist QIDP with New Direct Care Staff training
- Monitor Direct Care Staff performance through Evaluations and consistent feedback
- Consult with staff on work performance issues and follow up to ensure positive development
- Attend monthly quality assurance meetings and engage in ongoing career development opportunities
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 19 Years Old
2. Experience supervising others
3. Ability to pass a department of health and welfare background check
4. Idaho Driver's License with clean driving record
5. Assistance with Medications Certificate a plus
