Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you’ve been searching for.A Day in the Life As a Regional Manager in our Professional Products Division, you’ll report into the Commercial Business Manager and lead a team of Business Consultants to drive performance and growth across our portfolio of brands, with a territory based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. You’ll be responsible for coaching and mentoring your team, ensuring they exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional service to our clients.Your key responsibilities will include:Driving Sales Excellence: Supporting Business Consultants in achieving and exceeding sales targets while driving new business acquisition.Team Leadership: Developing and mentoring a team of sales professionals through infield coaching, regular sales meetings, and commercial development workshops.Strategic Reporting: Regularly reporting on sales activity and ensuring service delivery standards are exceeded.Client Relationships: Maintaining and developing dynamic business relationships with clients across our entire Professional Products portfolio.We Are Looking For You’re a great match for this role if you have:Leadership experience at a State or Regional Management level.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present confidently to large groups.Resilience, commercial acumen, and the ability to build sustainable relationships with stakeholders.A strong sales background and experience in business development, with a passion for driving new business and sales results.Experience in the health, hair & beauty, or FMCG industry is preferable but not essential.
