The Abano Healthcare Talent Acquisition Team is expanding, and we’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a background in medical, healthcare, or executive search recruitment to join in either Brisbane or Sydney.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Partner directly with Operations Managers to attract, engage, and hire talented dentists and clinicians across Australia and beyond.

• Lead full-cycle recruitment — from sourcing and outreach to offer and onboarding.

• Utilise cutting-edge systems and tools to drive a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians.

• Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives that support Abano’s growth and clinical excellence.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years’ experience in recruitment — ideally within medical, healthcare, or search environments.

• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Has demonstrated success in talent sourcing, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.

• Brings strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.

• Is confident using modern ATS platforms and recruitment technology to deliver results.

• Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine passion for connecting people with purpose.

• Location: Brisbane (Southbank) or Sydney (North Ryde) 4 days a week in office

• Reports to:  Head of Talent Acquisition

• Employment Type: Full-time,
