We have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Primary Care Sales Team across ANZ. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering revenue growth, shaping brand strategy, and fostering a high-performance culture.

The person holding this position will report to the Head of Commercial – Specialty Care (ANZ).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the national Primary Care (PC) sales force to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with global and local brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs and Market Access.
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and promotional spend across all primary care brands.
  • Drive continuous improvement, agility, and capability development within the sales team.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years sales management experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
  • Degree in science and/or business administration.
  • Extensive experience as a manager/team leader.
  • Proven leadership in complex, multi-country or large market environments.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating VUCA environments and making tough decisions for business success.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales analytics platforms.·      
  • Approx. 40% of business travel – predominately domestic across ANZ.
