What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Senior Manager to play a key role in transforming the customer and banker experience across our Business Lending division. You’ll lead initiatives that simplify processes, enhance digital capability, and drive efficiency, all while helping us deliver seamless, data-driven experiences for our customers.
In this role, you’ll own key workstreams across priority customer journeys, collaborating with teams in Customer Solutions, Business Lending, and Group functions to bring change to life. You’ll use insights and analytics to identify opportunities for self-service and automation, driving measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and operational performance.
What do I need?
- Proven experience in process optimisation, journey design or business transformation
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational and customer data
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with banking operations, lending processes and digital platforms
- Experience with agile delivery and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills
