What You’ll Do

As a Lead Instructor, you will:

• Teach students using the Mathnasium Method™, creating a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment 
• Motivate and inspire students while developing confidence and love for math 
• Collaborate with our leadership team to deliver individualized instruction and maintain exceptional center standards 
• Support administrative tasks and assist with center operations as needed 
• Track student progress and communicate effectively with staff and parents

Qualifications

• High school diploma required (college preferred) 
• Passion for math and teaching students 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Math competency through at least Algebra I 
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn 
• Ability to balance instructional and leadership responsibilities
   

All applicants must:

• Complete a math literacy test 
• Provide proof of work authorization 
• Pass a background check
   

Schedule

• 4 shifts/week (flexible scheduling) 
• Weekdays & weekend shifts available 
• Typical hours: 
  • Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM 
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 
  • Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
     

Compensation

$17.00 – $20.00/hour (based on experience)
