The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Program Manager - where you'll spearhead Supply Chain's key cost reduction iniatives aimed at improving Lam's long term profitability. With your systems knowledge and business acumen, you will work across all of supply chain to deliver material price paid cost reduction. Day to day you will collect and analyze data, evaluate processes, develop metrics, and identify cost issues and opportunities with data-driven indicators. Overall, you will have interactions with most of supply chain as well as own the outcome of one of the most visible programs in the organization.

What you’ll do

• Lead GSCM's product group oriented cost reduction goals to deliver long term profitability.
• Build solutions that will improve enhance our business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Provide actionable insights for management to influence decision making through data collection and analysis.
• Lead Cross Functional teams to achieve commodity team cost reduction goals.
• Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for commodity teams, leadership teams, and product group stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to continuously improve the process.
• Run change management for projects and programs and support proper project closure.

Who we’re looking for

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master’s degree with 8+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience in project management, program management, consulting, or finance
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.
• Semiconductor industry, financial, or global supplier experience is a plus.
• Data analytic skills are a plus including experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
