About the role

As the Senior TA Manager at Reckitt, embark on a transformative career path where you'll play an influential role in shaping our workforce. You will be responsible for the entire South Asia region, both our global hub's and our commercial India business. Your expertise will be pivotal in sculpting the talent landscape to ensure a bright future for Reckitt with a specific focus on building our TA and GBS hubs for the future. In this role, you'll be the cornerstone of talent acquisition, leveraging your insights to attract and retain the best professionals while encouraging diversity and nourishing an exceptional candidate experience. Your responsibilities

  • Proven track record managing full recruitment cycles, aligning talent strategy with business growth.
  • Robust experience in talent sourcing, management, and development of proactive recruitment channels.
  • Competent in project management, with a talent for clear, influential stakeholder communication.
  • Understanding of employment laws and their application within recruitment.
  • Aptitude for nurturing talent pipelines and leading a performance-driven team.
  • Strong analytical skills for strategic decision-making and process enhancement.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and shaping inclusive work environments.

The experience we're looking for

  • Extensive years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment operations across multiple geographies.
  • Experience leading and developing recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and recruitment metrics.
  • Experience in Early Careers recruitment and program design.
  • Familiarity with global TA strategies and local compliance requirements.

 

Preferred

  • Experience working in a hub or shared services TA model.
  • Exposure to emerging markets and diverse cultural environments.
  • Knowledge of recruitment technologies and data analytics tools.
