Education & Language Experience Preferred Certifications Soft Skills Nice to Have
• Graduation in Engineering, IT, Industrial IoT, or related field.
• Language fluency in English and Portuguese.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting IT initiatives or working in a technical environment.
• Basic knowledge of industrial systems (AVEVA PI or similar).
• Understanding of Windows Server and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Awareness of security and data protection principles in OT environments.
• Experience with SQL Server or similar databases and reporting/dashboard tools.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Basic understanding of networking, protocols, and firewalls.
• Experience in automation/control environments (DCS, PLC, SCADA).
• AVEVA PI system administration (entry level).
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Windows Server, Networking Essentials).
• Project management (Agile, PRINCE2 Foundation) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and curious about new technologies.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for technology and continuous learning.
• Willingness to work flexible or European shift hours to support global teams.

• Hybrid work model: 2 days home office, 3 days on-site (South Zone, São Paulo) ������ Additional for Women It may vary depending on the location or department.
