What you’ll do
- Lead and manage multiple medium to large-scale deployment projects with minimal oversight
- Oversee hardware and infrastructure rollouts across global locations for efficiency and scale
- Ensure adherence to deployment standards, methodologies, and change management practices
- Provide timely and accurate project updates to business and technical teams
- Mentor and guide deployment analysts and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes
Basic qualifications
- 3 years of experience managing medium to large-scale deployment projects
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of deployment methodologies, including hardware, software, and infrastructure rollouts
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Familiarity with change management processes and tools
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 5 years of experience managing medium to large-scale deployment projects
