Mental Health Direct Care Coach
Location: Mill Spring, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: Starting at $17.50 per hour and increases based on experience

Responsibilities
- Serves as primary welcoming support for new residents
- Serves as an ambassador and provides tours as needed
- Provides safe transportation for residents for off-site appointments
- Provides extra support to current residents and in crisis situations
- Participates in the team meetings and community activities
- Fulfills duties from various roles to fill gaps
Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience in a community setting or mental health support setting
- Candidates need to be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record to be on CooperRiis driver insurance
