We are seeking a compassionate and motivated part-time Registered Nurse to join our Virginia REACH team in supporting adults with  intellectual/developmental disabilities in our Adult Transitional Home located in Culpeper, VA. 

Position details:        Part-time, onsite, hours are flexible ranging from 15 - 20 hours per week

Location:                    Culpeper, VA

Compensation:         $37.00 per hour and up

Your Role in Our Mission

•  Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in our Adult Transitional Home
• Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care
• Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health
• Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans
• Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia
• Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
• Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
