We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine and an opening for a Warehouse / Shipping associate. This position will be responsible for pulling parts for customers (inside and out) and for the shop, is detail oriented, good computer skills, has a strong work ethic and a desire to be part of a team. $1,000 Sign on Bonus, referral bonuses, paid weekly, overtime, vacation rollover package, $10,000 life insurance policy gifted to all FT employees, 401k with a company match, room for growth, plus so much more.

The essential duties include:

• Pulling parts for customer orders and intercompany orders.
• Expediting outbound UPS, SpeeDee, and Fed-Ex, and local courier small package shipments.
• Expediting LTL shipments utilizing freight broker websites.
• Assisting will call customers.
• Assisting parts runners.
• Putting away stock orders.
• Acting as back up parts runners as needed.
• Painting and prepping parts for shipping to truck manufacturer

Requirements

We'd love to have you as part of our team. The ideal candidate would have the following skills:

• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Experience with UPS WorldShip is preferred.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Must pay attention to detail & possess good problem-solving skills.
