What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee daily operations of one or more Hope Network residential or adult foster care homes

  • Hire, train, coach, and mentor direct care staff

  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, accreditation, and safety standards

  • Support residents with activities of daily living, medication management, and personal goals

  • Foster a positive, home-like environment that promotes independence and dignity

      Job Requirements 

      • Ability to work independently with a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, and holidays

      • Ability to be on call after hours for staffing or program emergencies

      • Valid Michigan driver’s license with acceptable driving record

      • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass required background checks

      • Must obtain or maintain CPR/First Aid certification

      Education & Experience:

      • High School Diploma required

      • Associates in human services preferred

      • 3+ years’ experience in human services or group home care (leadership preferred)

      • Experience supporting individuals with developmental or physical disabilities a plus
