At Faith Hospice, we utilize highly skilled nurses, medical social workers, spiritual caregivers, home health aides and volunteers to serve our patients, from medical and emotional care to pain management and bereavement counseling.

What Will You Do?

As a per diem RN on this inpatient hospice team, you will:

• Cover open shifts as you are available
• Experience great staffing ratios:
  • 1st and 2nd shift: work with 2 other nurses and 3 hospice CNAs 
  • 3rd shift: work with 1 other nurse and 1 hospice CNA
• Care for a maximum of 20 hospice patients at Trillium Woods, our gorgeous hospice residence as part of Faith Hospice

Education and Experience

• RN licensure in Michigan
• At least 1 year of med/surg, acute care, or skilled nursing experience
• Hospice and/or hospital experience preferred
• Passion for hospice nursing
