Cadbury College is seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Computing and Digital to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term contract starting in September 2025, running through to July 2026. We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team, with the opportunity to teach courses in ICT, and T Level Digital Production. The successful candidate will manage a teaching load in line with their contract, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. You will contribute to the continuous improvement of educational standards, ensuring positive outcomes and a great experience for students within the College group. 

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree or relevant professional qualification in Digital or Computing, along with a strong track record of excellent teaching. You should have experience in developing innovative curricula that effectively meet the needs of diverse learners. The ability and willingness to teach across a range of courses and levels—including Level 2 and 3 qualifications, A Levels, Cambridge Technical, and T Levels—is essential. Industry experience in the computing sector is highly desirable.

Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding

To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£30,583 - £46,263), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications:

If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£25,611 - £28,817).
