RAYUS Radiology is looking for a Manager, Interim Logistics & Mobile Service to join our team. We are challenging the status quo by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first step in diagnosis and proper treatment. Come join us and shine brighter together! As a Manager, Interim Logistics & Mobile Service, you will be responsible for managing equipment service issues between the mobile and corporate teams. Coordinates delivery and pick up of rental units with clients and serves as the liaison for service issues with the mobile division, clients, corporate and OEM’s. Monitors invoicing with corporate team to ensure accuracy.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(50%) Service Coordinator

  • Serves as the single point of contact for monitoring, tracking and reporting service issues in the mobile/wholesale division. Tracks and reports downtime along with the financial impact to the management team. Coordinates and distributes downtime metrics as a component of reporting downtime
  • Serves as a the subject matter expert (SME) for the field when assistance is needed to open/close purchase order tickets, ensuring compliance of Maintenance Connection with the mobile field team. Acts as the mobile team super user for Maintenance Connection providing training when applicable.
  • Reviews and serves as the liaison for service invoice disputes and resolution within the mobile division and corporate office
  • Escalates service issues appropriately in conjunction with the field and corporate support team, including direct contact with the corporate national service manager
  • Leads Quarterly Performance Review meetings with OEM’s to review coordinated service related calls for the mobile division

 

(45%) Interim Sales and Operations Management

  • Handles early morning sales inquiries for Interim line of business
  • Generates sales quotes and agreements for Interim line of business and adds information into Sales Force
  • Prepares and distributes pre-delivery checklist to clients and vendor prior to client taking possession of units; reviews checklist information with clients
  • Follows up on delivery notices with vendor and clients to make sure transition occurred without issue
  • Tracks and assists in the closure of purchase orders related to Interim sales
  • Assists in scheduling transportation of unit to and from client locations
  • Conducts pre-pick up calls with clients and vendor to review paperwork, account for equipment and confirm removal of protected health information (PHI) from the unit
  • Conducts inspections of rental units at depots and client sites
  • Manages client survey process at the end of rentals, including preparing analysis on data received for distribution to leadership team
