Pool Attendant – Casual | Albatross, NSW

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Pool Attendant to join our Defence Base and Estate Management team at Albatross. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safe and efficient daily operation of the pool and surrounding amenities, including shower, toilet, and gym facilities.

Start ASAP | Monday – Friday (6am–6pm roster)

What You’ll Do

• Conduct pool opening or closing procedures, including removing pool covers and cleaning the pool and surrounds.
• Carry out lifeguard activities during operating hours.
• Undertake rescues as required in accordance with standard work instructions and certification.
• Ensure all pool safety and rescue equipment is always available.
• Manage access to the pool, ensuring only entitled members are admitted.

What You’ll Bring

• Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate
• Certificate III in Fitness (preferred)
• Australian Citizenship (essential for Defence security clearance)
• Flexible availability between 6am and 6pm, Monday to Friday
• A genuine passion for excellent customer service and a positive attitude
