  Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Workday Core HR and Workday HCM to lead and optimize HR technology solutions

  Job Description 

  Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Core HR and Workday HCM modules Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and translate HR requirements into Workday solutions Drive configuration testing and deployment of Workday HCM functionalities ensuring alignment with business needs Ensure data integrity security and compliance within the Workday platform Support system enhancements upgrades and releases to optimize HR processes Document functional specifications and maintain comprehensive process documentation Stay updated on Workday releases and recommend relevant enhancements Provide training and develop user guides for endusers Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday HCM related issues to maintain system stability

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Configure and maintain Workday Core HR and HCM modules based on evolving business requirements Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and process compliance Provide production support including troubleshooting and issue resolution for Workday HCM users Participate in testing activities including creation and execution of test cases and defect tracking Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including HR IT and business stakeholders for solution delivery Lead efforts to analyze design and implement solutions for new and existing HR processes in Workday Facilitate User Acceptance Testing UAT with endusers and stakeholders Ensure seamless integration and alignment of Workday HCM functionalities with organizational goals
