About Refresco
Our drinks on every table. That’s the Refresco vision. We’re a global, independent beverage manufacturer producing over 12 billion liters of soft drinks annually across 75 plants in 12 countries — and we’re just getting started.
In Australia, we proudly operate three manufacturing sites and employ over 500 people. We supply private label soft drinks and juices for leading retailers, ensuring the highest standards in quality, safety, and customer service.
Whether it’s bottles, cans, or cartons — our products are made to meet expectations and delivered on time, every time.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on and people-focused Production Leading Hand to join our day shift team at our Bundamba site. This role will see you directly supporting production teams, leading by example, ensuring efficient line performance, and mentoring team members.
If you're passionate about food manufacturing and love seeing the direct results of your work, this could be your next step.

Lead, train and mentor team members in the correct operation of production machinery
Proficiently run and troubleshoot machinery across assigned production lines

Accurately complete production reporting at the end of each shift
Supervise staff to ensure high productivity and adherence to safety standards
Liaise with the Shift Manager regarding breakdowns beyond your scope
Identify root causes and assist in resolving machine breakdowns
Relieve team members during their scheduled breaks
Support and uphold GMP standards, sanitation, and micro test monitoring
Ensure compliance with HACCP and WHS policies at all times
Be available for rotating shifts, including weekends when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on approach and a passion for developing others
Prior experience in beverage or FMCG manufacturing is essential
Proven ability to coordinate production operations efficiently
Solid planning, time management and problem-solving skills
A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
What We Offer
A supportive team environment where your contribution is valued
Opportunities for career progression in a growing, global organisation
An inclusive and safety-first culture
Please note: As part of our recruitment process, all successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment health assessment.
