A Day in the Life

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the activities of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) during US off-hours. This role will serve as the primary business relationship manager between our organization and the MSP, ensuring high-quality service delivery, performance monitoring, and issue escalation. The NOC Supervisor will work closely with our US-based NOC Manager and global IT operations teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary liaison between our company and the Managed Service Provider during US off-hours.
• Supervise and coordinate daily MSP activities, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor network operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents, problems, and requests.
• Escalate critical issues to the US NOC Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, trends, and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the MSP to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Ensure documentation, processes, and runbooks are updated and followed.
• Support transition and onboarding of new services or projects into the NOC environment.
• Collaborate with global IT operations, engineering, and security teams to maintain network health and performance.
