JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Lead Product Management. This role involves managing all system and Product requirements for our leader’s communications. Reporting to the Asst. Product Manager, the successful candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to understand project briefs and fulfill product design needs. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with external agencies to ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Responsible for innovation and end-to-end launch of products
  • Turn data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer
  • Lead the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology
  • Creating and owning the Product Vision
  • Managing the Product Backlog
  • Solicit and incorporate customer, stakeholder, and end user feedback
  • Provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as product expert
  • Partner with other product owners and product managers to ensure alignment and delivery of integrated solutions
  • Manage budget, scope, releases, and stakeholders of the Product
  • Review the work done by the scrum team
  • Accountable for representing team's work in stakeholder reviews and leadership meetings.
  • Effective communication to the stakeholders of the Product
  • Collaborating with the scrum team for the Product Backlog Refinement
  • Measuring the value of the Product
  • Owning Product Roadmap
  • Working closely with the Product Manager, sales, marketing and operations

QUALIFICATION

  • Must have US HealthCare Domain knowledge.
  • Bachelors’ or master’s degree in computer science/application
  • SAFe Agile Certifications

EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Practical experience with product development architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of how to employ analytical tools and using them for measuring product performance and relevant application metrics.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Ability to prioritize the product development process.
  • Excellent understanding of the principles of user-centric design.
  • Working well in huge teams.
  • Knowledge of design quality guidelines.
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent understanding of the Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, both written and spoken, for collaborating with different teams.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Creative and innovative thinking.
