- Optionales Büro in Ulm
At the DLR Institute of Quantum Technologies in Ulm, we develop precision instruments for space applications based on quantum technologies and bring them to prototype maturity together with industry. In addition, we are driving forward the transfer to aeronautics, digitalisation, energy, security and transport. We have an interdisciplinary approach: Theoretical basic research and experimental tests meet engineering implementation.
What to expect
As part of the DLR Quantum Computing Initiative the Institute of Quantum Technologies with the Department of Integration of Micro- and Nanosystems operates a cleanroom laboratory at the Innovation Centre Hamburg-Lokstedt for the development of microfabricated quantum chips. Additionally, we are pursuing a hardware development project within the DLR Quantum Computing Initiative focusing on enabling technologies (TeufIQ).
Become part of our interdisciplinary team and join us in our efforts of developing innovative technologies for ion trap based quantum computing!
