About the Programme
This isn’t your typical graduate scheme. It’s a fast-track launchpad designed to grow future leaders.
Over four hands-on rotations, you’ll dive deep into the core areas of our Polypipe Building Services business (part of the Genuit Group), gaining real experience where it counts:
Customer Operations
Sales & Marketing
Finance
A specialism of your choice
Each placement offers the chance to step out of your comfort zone, build new skills, and see how a business drives change — all while working towards a more sustainable built environment.
Why Sustainability Matters
Sustainability isn’t a buzzword for us — it’s built into everything we do. From carbon reduction initiatives to community-focused projects, you’ll be part of a team that’s rethinking how buildings are made, used, and maintained. You’ll work on real-world challenges that matter, with the chance to leave a lasting impact.
What’s in it for you?
Work on live projects that influence key decisions
Be mentored by industry leaders and sustainability champions
Get structured training in leadership, commercial strategy, and ESG principles
Join a supportive graduate community
Build a clear path into permanent management roles after the programme
This is more than experience — it’s a head start!
