You Will
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to new hires during their onboarding period.
- Serve as a go-to resource for departmental processes, systems, and best practices.
- Offer ongoing mentorship to team members to foster skill development and career growth.
- Facilitate hands-on training and learning opportunities.
- Monitor mentee progress and provide feedback and constructive coaching.
- Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
- Support communication between employees and leadership by providing feedback and identifying training needs.
- Assist in developing and delivering department-specific training, job aids, or shadowing opportunities.
- Promote adherence to company policies, safety practices, and ethical standards.
- Model professionalism, accountability, and the organization’s core values in all interactions.
- Active participant in the Step Program.
You Have
- Strong knowledge of department operations, procedures, and expectations.
- Must have a basic understanding of all department equipment and must understand all department positions.
- Demonstrated history of high performance and reliability within the department.
- Excellent communication, email literacy, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster trust and build positive relationships across teams.
- Patience and adaptability in coaching others.
- Possesses integrity.
- Ability to understand different learning styles.
- No active disciplinary actions.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Z4, QAuto, and Bos.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or leadership preferred but not required.
