What You'll Do:
Take charge of food production and kitchen operations
- Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency, efficiency, and excellence
- Collaborate with chefs on menu innovation, special events, and holiday offerings
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards are always met
- Assist in managing schedules, training, evaluations, and daily communication within the kitchen

The hourly rate for this position is $30.70 per hour.

- In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations
- Possess strong leadership, organization, and relationship skills
- Experience with training, basic financial management, and customer service preferred
- Proficient in general computer knowledge
- A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Capable of producing a consistent product in a timely manner
- Strong training and communication skills
- Culinary education and/or on the job training, hotel experience preferred
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule based on business needs
- Minimum three years working in Garde Manger is preferred
