As the first point of contact for our service department, you’ll be the voice and face of Norris Ford for our valued customers. This role is central to managing communication around all repair and maintenance services, acting as the vital link between our customers and our technicians. You’ll need strong automotive knowledge to clearly explain services, manage expectations, and deliver a top-tier customer experience.
Compensation & Schedule: Base salary + commission — earn up to $125,000 annually! 40 Hrs per week!

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in line with dealership standards
- Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Educate customers on required vehicle maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
- Accurately document service and repair orders
- Stay current on industry trends and apply technical knowledge to daily tasks
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals
- Provide timely updates to customers about service progress or changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
