Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the bell staff and ensure proper coverage
  • Train, mentor, and develop bell staff on service standards and procedures
  • Assist Guest Services Manager with performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and support to all bellstaff
  • Create and manage bell staff schedules
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
  • Welcome guests to the resort in a warm and gracious manner
  • Transport luggage at check in and check out according to resort standards
  • Familiarize guests with the hotel and its features and amenities
  • Deliver amenities and supplies to guest rooms as requested
  • Assist guests in locating convenient parking
  • Transport guests to nearby attractions and activities
  • Transport guests by golf cart on property
  • Deliver newspapers as requested

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel bell staff or guest services role
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for guest interaction and commitment to consistently providing superior service
  • Luxury hotel experience preferred
