What you will be doing...
As our Head of HR Business Partnering, reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our People Strategy with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team of HR Business Partners across our whole business. This will include Senior Leadership, Operational areas such as Flight Deck, Ground Operations and Cabin Crew as well as our Head Office functions and Overseas Operations.

- Drive the HR team to support the business using best practice initiatives, keeping abreast of key developments in the industry and HR in general.
What you’ll have
You’ll bring proven experience of leading large HR teams in fast-paced, complex environments, with a strong track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, at a strategic level. You’ll have experience in organisational design, performance management, employee relations and change management and the ability to deliver results at pace. Your leadership, communication and relationship-building skills will be second to none, and you’ll thrive on motivating teams and driving continuous improvement.
