Requirements:
- Current Louisiana Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the State of Texas
- Have dependable transportation, driver�s license, and car insurance
Job Duties:
- Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Administer and document medication to residents in an accurate and timely manner
- Observe residents for effectiveness of drug therapy and adverse effects
- Document resident process notes as required
- Promptly report changes in residents' condition to charge nurse
- Attend staff meetings, interdisciplinary team meetings, rehab meetings, in-service classes and committee meetings as assigned
