Security Team Leader - Winter 2025/26 bei Gunstock Mountain Resort

The Security Team Leader, reporting to the Facilities Director, oversees Gunstock's security team operations. This role ensures tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulations. In the absence of the Facilities Director, the Security Team Leader assumes the supervisory responsibilities. This position involves active participation in security rounds and fulfilling other security duties as necessary.

General Accountabilities

1. Security Operations:

• Assist the Facilities Director in daily operations such as staff check-in, role assignments, training, emergency response planning, and safety compliance.
• Support in scheduling and coordinating personnel to uphold appropriate guest service levels, monitoring attendance, and managing scheduling issues.
• Aid in new hire and in-service training programs, maintaining accurate records of employee certifications and training.
• Provide clear coaching to address guest service, safety, performance, attendance, appearance, or conduct issues among employees, escalating to the Facilities Director for corrective action when necessary.
• Conduct surveillance and investigations for lost or stolen property, ensuring adherence to local, federal, and state laws.
• Assist the Manager on Duty in winter operations tasks and support campground staff during summer operations.
