- Link those we serve to appropriate aftercare services and community resources
- Assist those we serve with gaining coping skills and recovery tools
- Provide recovery coaching to people that result in diverting them from in-patient hospitalization
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record
- Actively engage with your team, other departments, individuals served, everyday
- Be eligible to complete the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) certification upon hire
- Successfully complete the CCAR certification within one year of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Michigan driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum 1-year experience working with people with substance abuse disorders, disabilities, preferred
