The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to respectfully assist people to achieve and sustain self-sufficiency through direct services, education, and community partnerships.
CAP is looking for a Cayuga Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager. The Cayuga Rapid Re-Housing Case Manager will provide case management services to homeless individuals and families within Cayuga County that are placed in temporary housing.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; HS/GED with one year of case management experience required, preferably with homeless programs.
- Demonstrated experience in working with the homeless or low-income individuals and families. Sensitivity to issues surrounding individuals and families experiencing homelessness, substance abuse, mental illness or physical ailments.
- Must have reliable transportation and a clean and valid NYS driver’s license.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled for 35 hours per week, with an hourly rate of $20.41.
