- Lead Strategy & Execution: Define and implement business objectives aligned with Amdocs Americas regional goals.
- Drive Innovation: Identify new opportunities in digital experience, platform engineering, and intelligent automation.
- Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality delivery across engagements using standardized tools, agile methodologies, and data-driven insights.
- Understand the Market: Stay ahead of trends, technologies, and competitive dynamics to anticipate customer needs.
- Build & Inspire Teams: Foster inclusive leadership across a matrixed organization, attracting and developing top talent.
- Promote Collaboration: Create open communication channels and scalable processes to empower a diverse, global team.
- Champion Change: Cultivate a culture of innovation and qualified risk-taking to drive continuous improvement.
All you need is...
- 15+ years of experience in IT and digital services, including engineering, delivery, and operations leadership.
- Proven success in customer relationship management and strategic account growth.
- Experience leading large-scale organizations (500+ people) across geographies and disciplines.
- Deep understanding of digital business models, experience-led transformation, and agile service delivery.
