EMS Team, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Paramedics to join our dedicated Emergency Medical Services team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for delivering advanced life support (ALS) care in pre-hospital and interfacility transport environments. You will work alongside EMTs, first responders, and hospital staff to provide critical care in high-pressure situations while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to non-emergency calls for emergency medical assistance.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide appropriate ALS interventions (e.g., IV therapy, cardiac monitoring, airway management, medication administration).
Safely operate emergency vehicles in accordance with local laws and organizational protocols.
Accurately document patient information, interventions, and care in electronic patient care reports (ePCR).
Communicate clearly with dispatchers, medical personnel, and other emergency services.
Maintain cleanliness, readiness, and inventory of ambulances and medical equipment.
Participate in quality assurance programs, continuing education, and team training.
Uphold compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
Qualifications:
Current Paramedic certification (NREMT-P or State Licensed).
CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (EVOC certification preferred).
Minimum [X] years of experience in emergency medical services (preferred but not required).
Strong knowledge of EMS protocols, pharmacology, and patient care standards.
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
