Contractor Support – Multi-Domain Operations bei Prevailance, Inc.

We are seeking an experienced professional support to the Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) Implementation Team, coordinating and advancing the integration of MDO concepts across Allied Command Operations (ACO), Allied Command Transformation (ACT), and the broader NATO Alliance. This position will play a vital role in aligning planning, execution, and policy initiatives to ensure the Alliance achieves MDO-enabled capabilities by 2030. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Coordinate and contribute to activities of the Multi-Domain Implementation Team across ACO and the Alliance
• Support MDO implementation through alignment within the NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP), Strategic Concept Development Process (SCDP), and Defence Delivery Approach (DDA) across HQ SACT, ACT, SHAPE, and NATO HQ
• Coordinate with internal ACT directorates on all MDO-related activities and initiatives
• Liaise with Exercise Planners to integrate MDO into the wider exercise program and capture lessons learned from execution
• Develop and enhance the synchronization of Non-Military Instruments of Power (Diplomatic, Informational, and Economic) into wargaming and exercises to support NATO’s MDO enablement goals
• Oversee and analyse activities within the MDO Implementation Roadmap to verify progress across the Alliance
• Liaise with the Strategic Planning Group and Programme Management to ensure capabilities align with MDO requirements
• Coordinate ACT inputs to NATO HQ and NMA policy development efforts, maintaining close interaction with NATO HQ and ACO/SHAPE

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in policy development and strategic analysis
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in strategic planning and engagements
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in warfare development-related functions
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the last 8 years in exercise planning
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the last 8 years in data analysis
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in project management
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in the last 8 years working with cross-functional teams, including SMEs
• Demonstrated experience working with international organizations, multinational teams, or in a military/defense environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of NATO structures and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to manage and foster relationships across all organizational levels

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Management, or 10 years of relevant and demonstrable experience

Security Clearance:

• Active NATO or National SECRET (or higher)
