Office Administrative Coordinator
Location: CRG Office; Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday
Reports to: Human Resources

Overview:

In this role you’ll keep the CRG home office running smoothly. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role responsible for coordinating administrative operations, supporting leadership, and maintaining an organized, welcoming environment for our team and guests. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from vendor coordination and logistics to milestone celebrations and system support. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; greet guests, answer phones, and direct inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including cleanliness, organization, supply orders, and vendor coordination (Ecolab, cleaning, Fire Marshal, trash/recycling, etc.).
  • Manage mail and packages for the corporate office and all restaurant locations, ensuring accurate sorting, distribution, and timely shipments.
  • Maintain office systems: printers, keys/fobs, alarm codes, parking passes, conference room scheduling, and maintenance follow-ups.
  • Coordinate milestone gifts, birthdays, and anniversary recognitions; handle event support, swag orders, and distribution to team members.
  • Maintain and update CRG directories, portals, and restaurant listings; manage communication groups and distribution lists.
  • Handle guest feedback, VIP requests, and fulfillment of company brand or restaurant-related orders in partnership with Marketing.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and accommodations for team members, and assist leadership with reports, documentation, and meeting minutes as needed.
     

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or hospitality support.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with OpenTable, Tripleseat, or similar tools preferred.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up independently, and support a fast-paced office environment.
