Summary:
Supervises and develops Member Services Representatives that respond to requests from business partners and members. Acts as a liaison with vendors to resolve issues/concerns, responds to communications received.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associates Degree required or four years directly related experience
- Minimum three years banking with Debit Card processing experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- Experience with Fiserv operating platforms and Salesforce preferred
- Knowledge of applicable laws/regulations related to debit cards and Regulation E preferred
- Oral/written communication, mathematical, problem-solving, multitasking and internet skills, and excellent telephone etiquette required
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensures that work is reviewed and approved prior to processing, and that all required information, notations and transactions are accurately documented and verifies that member accounts are provided proper adjustment in accordance with Regulation E timeframes and SLA’s
- Responds to escalated issues to facilitate solutions
- Works in collaboration with the Risk /Fraud Department and Third Party vendors regarding fraudulent debit card activity on member’s accounts
- Approves member requests for Debit Card limit increases
- Ensures that Salesforce Cases are assigned and that team members are aligned with regulation time frames
- Audits and provides oversight on vendor reports pertaining to debit card re-issuance, returned debit card processing and all functions related to the department
- Prepares periodic reports according to policies and procedures and monthly reports for Leadership that reflect dispute activity and debit card production
- Reports and tracks fraud trends that occur to assist in minimizing and preventing further fraud
- Approves/prepares/processes exception items and/or adjustments provided by the Accounting Department
- Perform all duties inherent in the role of a supervisor
- Perform all duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $32 - $37.50/hr. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
